A: Logging in to TheJMom.com via Facebook attempts to match the email that you registered with us to the email that you are registered with at Facebook. If those emails don't match, we make our best guess that you are wanting to register a new account with the email we got back from Facebook. Unfortunately, sometimes we are wrong! A: In order to have a successful match, both parties must say 'Yes' to the match. So, when you click 'Yes' for a potential mach, the other party must also agree that this is a good match. Once both parties have said 'Yes', an email is sent to each of the children with the other potential match's profile and contact info.
